Police Identify Man Using Stolen Credit Cards

Police have issued a warrant for Julian Moore

Mentor Police believe they know the name of the man who was photographed using stolen credit cards in the city earlier this year.

Cleveland Police helped identify him as Julian Moore, a 52-year-old man who lives in Cleveland, according to Mentor Police's Facebok page.

Moore has been charged with three counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of misusing a credit card and two counts of forgery in Mentor Municipal Court. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Moore has an extensive criminal history and was previously convicted of theft in Mentor in 2007. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

He has charges of kidnapping, felonious assault, domestic violence, gross sexual imposition, receiving stolen property, misusing a credit card and forgery against him in Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas.
