Raising Cane's Opening Mentor Location In 2022
The restaurant specializes in chicken fingers and is targeting a spring opening. The chain is already hiring Mentor staff.
MENTOR, OH — Raising Cane's will open a Mentor restaurant in 2022.
"We are excited to welcome Raising Cane’s to Mentor," said Ante Logarusic, Mentor's community relations administrator. "With over 300 retailers and 175 eateries, the City of Mentor is a shopping and dining destination in the region and we think they’ll be a great addition to the community. They should do very well here."
The restaurant will be located at 6880 Center Street, near Tyler Boulevard. A final date has not yet been selected for a grand opening, a Raising Cane's representative told Patch, though the chain hopes to cut the ribbon on its Mentor location in spring.

The restaurant is also beginning to hire staff.
Logarusic believes the chicken finger joint will find success both with Mentor residents and residents of neighboring communities.

"Their menu items are wildly popular and people are willing to drive quite a distance to enjoy them. We look forward to their grand opening," he said.
