Randall Woodley Acquitted On All Charges
The jury decided that Woodley was not guilty of abducting the 12- and 18-year-old brothers
Randall Woodley -- the man who was accused of abducting two brothers -- was acquitted on all four counts of abduction and both weapons charges.
The jury deliberated for six hours before making their decision.
Woodley did not say or do anything while the verdict Lake County Common Pleas Judge Richard Collins Jr. read the verdict. However, after the last "not guilty" was said, he patted his attorney, Aaron Baker, on the back.

Both Baker and Lake County Assistant Prosecutor Mark Bartolotta declined to comment after the verdict.
Woodley was accused of intimidating and forcing the two brothers -- ages 18 and 12, respectively -- into chauffering him from the Mentor Walmart to a bar in Collinwood on Dec. 27, 2010. The brothers testified that Woodley scared them by flashing a handgun and saying he was connected to the mob.

However, Baker $20 for a ride and they had gone along willingly.
Woodley would have faced as much as 26 1/2 years in prison had he been convicted.
