Sellers Can Still Sign Up For Recycle Sports Swap
People looking for gently used sports equipment can find deals at the city's first sport swap
The City of Mentor is still looking for sellers to participate in its first ever .
It's an opportunity for people who have gently used sports equipment -- anything from golf clubs to soccer cleats to lacrosse crosses to soccer balls -- to find a buyer. Simultaneously, it's also a chance for people to find some bargains.
"It's especially good for somebody who has kids," said Jill Korsok, the Mentor Parks & Recreation employee who thought of the swap. "Kids grow so quickly that sometimes you don't get much use out of something before they're onto the next size.
