• Miamisburg man sentenced to over 4 years for wire fraud, tax evasion (wdtn.com) — A Miamisburg resident has been sentenced to 54 months in federal prison for a years-long wire fraud and tax evasion scheme involving elderly clients. Prosecutors say he diverted more than $707,000 from three victims and failed to pay taxes, and he’s now ordered to repay both the victims and the IRS.
