Approved the adoption of a Gift Acceptance Policy to give guidance and counsel to individuals who solicit and accept gifts on behalf of Miami University. Adopted a General Bond Resolution pursuant to an anticipated refunding of 2012 bonds. Approved one professor emerita, two professor emeritus, three administrator emerita, and two administrator emeritus. Accepted the Committee for Naming Campus Facilities recommendation for the Janik Nurse Station Simulator, named in recognition of a commitment from Drs. James Janik and Phyllis Callahan, located in University Hall on the Hamilton Campus.
