• Oxford Winter House opening delayed (oxfreepress.com) — Oxford’s new Winter House shelter has delayed opening after squirrel-damaged wiring forced safety repairs, just as freezing temperatures hit the area. Organizers are temporarily housing a few unhoused residents at a local hotel and Oxford Vineyard Church, and are still seeking volunteers and directing anyone needing shelter to call or text 513-817-5054.
