Leaders say the center fills a long-recognized gap in Parma’s breast health services, aiming to boost early detection and provide personalized support from screening through treatment and reconstruction.
   

• Parma mayor says 2026 will be remembered for bicentennial (cleveland.com) — Parma is gearing up for a big 2026, with bicentennial celebrations, the full opening of the new $12.3 million Ridgewood Golf Course Event Center, and a slate of road, sewer, and water projects across city neighborhoods. Residents can also expect new housing, businesses, and entertainment options as City Hall and council aim to make it a “banner year” for Parma.
   

• 11 Year Old Leads Police On Wild Police Chase (lawofficer.com) — Police say a car reported stolen from Parma ended up in a dangerous chase in Newburgh Heights, where an 11-year-old was allegedly driving with two other children inside. The kids reportedly learned car theft techniques from online videos, and officers plan to pursue juvenile charges while the children have been released to their parents.
