• Trial begins for Sandusky man accused of killing his wife (news5cleveland.com) — A Sandusky man is now on trial in nearby Huron County, accused in the 2001 death of his wife after her body was found in a submerged car. Jurors are hearing from a key witness who says he saw the aftermath of an argument and later watched the victim’s car driven into a pond. Testimony from family members and past associates is expected over the coming days.
