The biggest festival of the year in Shaker Heights kicks off Saturday morning, so Friday afternoon was a busy time for organizers and volunteers
The Shaker Heights Arts and Music Festival, which last year drew some 8,000 visitors, will bring dozens of exhibitors and half a dozen musical acts to the festival site on Farnsleigh Road near the Van Aken Shopping Center. Friday was prep day for the event.
