β€’ Sidney man found not guilty of assault (sidneydailynews.com) β€” A Sidney resident was acquitted of two attempted felonious assault charges in Mercer County Common Pleas Court after a jury deliberated for about 45 minutes. The case stemmed from an August incident in a Celina alley involving an alleged altercation during a child exchange, but remaining misdemeanor charges were dropped before trial.
