Car Vandalized: Tires Popped With Pen; Candy Bar in Gas Tank

A 38-year-old woman who works in Solon had her car vandalized in an interesting way on Christmas Eve.
The woman left work to find a pen stabbed into one of her car tires, which was flat, according to a Solon Police report.
Someone had also stuck a candy bar into her gas tank, the report reads.
