Confused Intruder Raids Wrong Person's Refrigerator

The following information was provided by the Solon Police Department. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

You know it's been a long night when you get busted for pillaging the wrong person's refrigerator.

A Churchill Drive man called police on June 16 after he was woken up around 5:30 a.m. To loud noises in his kitchen.

He ran downstairs to find a strange man with food in his hands.

The man asked what the stranger was doing, to which he responded, "it's OK, my friends dropped me off."

He left the scene before police arrived but was later caught.

He told them it was just a mixup and he thought it was his friend's house.

He was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
