New Coffee Shop Makes Its Way to City Council
Developers won't release name of company until a deal is done.
The stage is set for a new coffee shop to plant itself in Solon, even though which one is a secret.
Planning Director Rob Frankland said planning commission approved site plans for a drive-thru in Building Four at the Shoppes of Solon North on Miles Road, sending final legislation to city council for approval.
According to Frankland, the developers said they will not reveal the company interested in the property until the contract is signed, but did say it is not a national chain.
Final approval from city council will be voted on at the Aug. 5 meeting.
