New Restaurant Coming To Solon, Will Receive Grant From City
Cedar Grill and Restaurant LLC will receive a $30,000 grant from the city of Solon to open a new restaurant at the former Pacific East location on Aurora Road.
A new restaurant is expected to open in Solon this summer at the former location of Pacific East on Aurora Road.
The city of Solon is providing the restaurant owners a $30,000 economic development grant to refurbish the old building. That grant was approved last week by city council.
The company is called Cedar Grill & Restaurant LLC. But according to the application the company does business as Saaj Lebanese Bar & Grill.

The renovations are expected to including new doors and windows, an outdoor patio, decorative fencing with brick pillars, new landscaping and more. The exterior of the building will be built to follow the "Western Reserve" style promoted by city planners.
The work is expected to begin this month and finish sometime in August. No opening date for the restaurant or any details on what the restaurant will be has been announced.
