Patch asked the people of Solon to share what important lessons they learned from their fathers.
Many fathers are full of wisdom and terrific life lessons.
People around the Solon Public Library were posed this question: What is one lesson your father taught you?
Some had heartwarming stories and some had never met their fathers, sharing knowledge from the closest men in their lives.
Father's Day is Sunday, June 16.
