Winter Storm Warning: 5 to 9 Inches Of Snow Forecast For Solon
Rain is expected to turn to snow—and lots of it—starting Thursday night.
The weather has been pretty mild for December in Northeast Ohio so far this year, but that could change soon.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for the Cuyahoga County area, including Solon. The warning starts at 4 a.m. Friday and lasts until 7 p.m. Saturday.
According to the weather servce, Solon could receive 5 to 9 inches of snow. The heaviest snow is expected Friday and Saturday. Winds are expected to be pretty strong, too, and could reach up to 55 miles per hour.
