• Strasburg Troop 72 celebrates JR Banks as newest Eagle Scout (timesreporter.com) — Strasburg residents can celebrate JR Banks of Troop 72 earning his Eagle Scout rank after completing a fire pit improvement project at St. John United Church of Christ in town. The Tuslaw High School senior has collected 38 merit badges, multiple palms, and several special awards, becoming the troop’s 35th Eagle Scout since its long-running partnership with the Strasburg church.
