Coronavirus In Strongsville Schools: 33 Positive Cases
Two district office staffers are in isolation because they are presumed to have COVID-19.
UPDATE: An earlier version of this article said 33 Strongsville students were in isolation. District officials said that number actually includes students and staff.
STRONGSVILLE, OH — Thirty-five Strongsville students and staff are currently in isolation because they are presumed to have COVID-19, the district said.
As of Wednesday morning, the Strongsville Schools COVID-19 dashboard shows 33 Strongsville students and staff, a large chunk of whom are in the high school, are in isolation. Nearly 200 people in the district are in quarantine.

The district refers to isolation as people who have either tested positive for COVID-19 or are presumed positive. People in quarantine have been exposed to a person with COVID-19.
Students or staff who test positive for COVID-19 should inform the district within 24 hours of receiving their diagnosis.
