• Division I Football All-Ohio teams announced (highlandcountypress.com) — Several Strongsville High football standouts earned major statewide recognition, led by linebacker Storm Miller, who was named Division I Co-Defensive Player of the Year. Strongsville teammates Austin Adkins, Kendrick Boddie, Quinten Young, Vincent Roncone, Austin Tatulinski, Alex Espay, and George Majernic also appeared on first team, third team, or honorable mention All-Ohio lists.

The same blotter details a bizarre dog feces incident, a two-car crash sending a woman to the hospital, and a grand theft involving cashed investment checks.

• Indecent discovery at Brunswick bar: Brunswick Police Blotter (cleveland.com) — Police in nearby Brunswick recently handled several late-night disorderly conduct cases, including one involving a Strongsville man who became combative after being taken from a local strip club to the Brunswick Cleveland Clinic ER. Another patron was arrested for public indecency at a sports bar, and officers also picked up a woman on a local warrant.
