- Former Cuyahoga County commissioner and state representative Peter Lawson Jones will be co-starring with actor Tom Hanks in the movie "A Man Called Otto." Lawson Jones hosted a special screening of the movie on Thursday night down the road in Valley View to raise money for a scholarship fund started by his parents two decades ago to help local kids go to college. - Cleveland Browns player Chase Winovich recently hosted a "Winovich Wonderland" event at the Strongsville Tobogganing Chutes for participants from Boys Hope Girls Hope Northeast Ohio. Winovich surprised the group by riding with them down the ice chutes, giving them Cleveland Brown jerseys with their last names printed on them, and providing gifts specific to each child.
