Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Opens In Strongsville

STRONGSVILLE, OH — Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opened Tuesday in Strongsville.

The restaurant is located at 12380 Pearl Road. A grand opening celebration will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., according to the location's Facebook. The brand said customers should forget traditional hamburgers and ice cream and instead embrace "freshly-churned frozen custard and cooked-to-order steakburgers."

If you're looking for a new job, Freddy's is also hiring for a variety of positions. According to the restaurant chain's website, there are approximately a dozen openings that need to be filled.

Freddy's opened its first location in 2002 and has since spread across the U.S. There are currently 10 Freddy's locations in Ohio, the majority concentrated near the southwest corner of the state, though there are two restaurants in the Akron and Canton area.

The Strongsville location is where the former Burger King was.
