Suspicious Walker

A Kelsey Lane woman complained about a man walking up and down the sidewalk, talking on his phone, about 9:50 p.m. May 9.

The day before, the man was smoking a cigarette as he walked, the woman said, and flicked his ashes on her property.

He also set his coffee cup on her mailbox, a report said.

The woman told police she doesn't like the fact that her children can see him from their window.

High Beam Flashing

A motorist told police that every day for the last three months, a vehicle has been driving past him at Fair and Prospects roads and flashing his high beams.

Police spoke with the car owner, who admitted to flashing his lights because the other man has very bright lights on his truck that blind him.

He was advised to stop.
