I-71 North Ramp Closing Next Week, Detour Announced

Ohio Department of Transportation crews will be doing work on overhead lights, prompting the closure.

CLEVELAND — A connector ramp on I-71 north will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced.

The ramp under W. 25th and Pearl Road will be shuttered between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesday. Crews will be doing overhead lighting work, prompting the closing.

Drivers who usually use the ramp during their commutes will be detoured to the W. 25th St./Pearl Rd. exit ramp to the I-71 north entrance ramp.
