  1. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified a decomposing body that was found in the basement of a recently-purchased home in Cleveland Heights. The body was identified as 61-year-old Nina Fielden. She was the previous owner of the home on Noble Road. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner is working to determine Fielden's cause of death.   2. Two Strongsville establishments are offering unique holiday experiences this winter season. Carso Rosso Winery on Hunt Rd. is offering private patio wine globe reservations.   3. Strong winds caused power outages in Cuyahoga County on Sunday. About 706 county residents went without power due to the outages. According to FirstEnergy, the majority of the outages have been restored as of Sunday afternoon. In total, over 20,000 residents in Cuyahoga County, Lake County, and Geauga County were impacted.
