Mustangs Stung by Bees at Home

The Strongsville High School boys basketball team led at the half, but fell in the end to the Medina bees at home Friday night.

The Mustangs were ahead 32-29 at the halfway point, but ended the night down 62-50.

Alex Barnes led Strongsville with 14 points.

Turnovers -- 18 of them for Strongsville -- spelled the difference in the JV game, where a hot-shooting Medina team bested the Mustangs 51-31.

The freshman Mustangs scored another win, though, beating the Bees 47-33.
