The following information was provided by the Strongsville Police Department

A woman walking her dog by Deerfield Lake June 3 was upset when five teens who had been fishing came up, grabbed her dog and made a loud noise, startling the pup.

The teens then made inappropriate remarks to the woman.
She reported the teens' vehicle to police.
Prank Being Investigated
Two girls told police they left SouthPark Mall about 2:30 p.m. June  5 and found a note on their car reading, "Would you like to make money. Call!!!"
The car had been parked by Dillard's for a couple hours.
Suspicious Package
A Winding Trail family is apparently being target by someone for harassment.
A report said there have been several incidents of property damage recently, and on June 6, a resident reported receiving a package containing an inappropriate book she did not order.
When she called the company, she was told the book was purchased and sent anonymously.
Woman Followed
A woman reported about 3 a.m. June 5 that a bunch of kids in a car were yelling at her as she was going to CVS in her wheelchair.
She got frightened when they followed her into the parking lot, a report said.
An officer drove up and down Pearl Road as she went home to make sure she arrived safely.
Guy Bails from Cab
A cab driver said he brought a man from Willoughby to Litehouse Pools in Strongsville, but the guy ran off without paying the $150 fare.
The driver found the name of the man, who called police and said it was a misunderstanding.
He met the cabbie at the police station and paid his bill. No word on if he gave the driver a tip.
