- A public meeting will be held at the Strongsville Recreation Center on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting is to discuss the 2023 Cuyahoga County Community Supplemental Grant Program. The entire Strongsville community is invited to attend the pubic meeting. (City of Strongsville)
- The City of Strongsville's crews are picking up an average of 125 cubic yards of leaves each day. The statistic was provided by Joe Walker, the city's service director. As of Wednesday, Nov. 16, the city had collected 2,024 cubic yards of leaves from residents' curbsides. The leaves are taken to Smith Brothers in Medina for recycling. (City of Strongsville)
- A Cuyahoga County hardware store reports a significant increase in customers as a heavy winter storm approached the area over the weekend. The storm brought heavy snow on Saturday and Sunday nights. Hardware stores had supply chain issues last year, but this year the stores are stocked with everything in preparation for winter storms.
