"We're thrilled to have them," Strongsville Economic Development Director Brent Painter said. "The nice part is they're growing fast. I think we'll see more growth soon."

The building, formerly occupied by Edgerton Corp, a software firm, has been vacant for more than a year.

"Although we've only been in our present location four years, our consistent growth has made this move imperative," Sandra Maddock, IMARC CEO and president, said in a news release.

Maddock said the new building will give the firm "the additional space and flexibility" it needs.

The Strongsville building is more than three times larger than IMARC's current space on Mastick Road.

IMARC has experienced double-digit growth over the past two years, and is expected to create more jobs over the next 12 to 18 months.

Painter said the company will bring "high-tech, high-paying jobs" to Strongsville.

A privately-held, 14-year old company, IMARC assists the clinical research community in the pursuit of FDA and worldwide approvals.
