  1. Senator Sherrod Brown is the last liberal in Republican territory, which makes his re-election campaign in Ohio challenging. His liberal voting record is expected to be scrutinized by Ohio's increasingly conservative voters. Despite this, he said he is confident and willing to defend his record of fighting for Ohio's workers. (Washington Times)
  2. A man from Strongsville invested $500,000 into a fake cryptocurrency website after being deceived by someone posing as a financial advisor. The FBI is investigating the case, and the agency warns that cryptocurrency scams are a growing problem across the country, with losses reaching nearly $700 million in 2022. In some cases, scammers build trust on dating websites before convincing victims to invest in fake cryptocurrency accounts. (Cleveland 19 News)
  3. Consider adopting a pet from a local shelter or organization to make a positive impact on the Strongsville community and add a furry friend to your family.
