  1. Today is the deadline to apply for Senior Snow Care. This program provides Strongsville's oldest residents with driveway plowing service throughout the winter. The City of Strongsville will be providing the service. Application details are available at the link. (City of Strongsville)
  2. According to the Ohio Department of Health, birth rates in Cuyahoga County have decreased. The last time the county experienced a birth rate decrease was in 2014. The decrease could be due to younger adults migrating to less urban counties, pandemic-related shifts, and lifestyle changes. Ohio saw a one percent increase in birth rates statewide.   3. Cuyahoga County's new County Executive is Chris Ronayne. He defeated Lee Weingart by over 100,000 votes. Ronayne named Eric Wobser as his future new chief of staff on Thursday.
