Snowy Street In Strongsville? City Says 'We Haven't Forgotten You'
Some residents are complaining their streets have not been cleared after Monday's winter storm. The city says"we haven't forgotten you."
STRONGSVILLE, OH — While many Strongsville residents continue to see snow on the streets outside their homes, city officials say they "haven't forgotten" anyone and are working hard to clear the roads.
"Every plow truck has been out non-stop since Sunday night. It's very, very slow going when there's 15 inches of snow on the roads," the city said in a post on Facebook. "If your street hasn't been plowed yet, we haven't forgotten you. The trucks are still out, and they have a list of streets that still need attention."
Northern Ohio received its biggest winter storm of the season between Sunday night and Monday night, with many communities receiving a foot of snow or more. The Greater Cleveland RTA suspended service Monday, but has since resumed bus and rail lines.
