Southwest General Hospital Named Top U.S. Workplace

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH — Southwest General is one of the best places to work in the U.S., according to a new ranking.

Southwest General was named to the 2022 Top Workplaces USA, the first time the hospital made the cut.

More than 42,000 organizations participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey, issued by Energage. Winners were chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through the survey. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements for each organization, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance, against industry benchmarks.
