  2. Strong storms left over a thousand Cuyahoga County residents without power on Tuesday morning. FirstEnergy reported that Ashland County had more than 10,400 residents without power and Richland County had more than 19,000. The outages were reportedly caused by debris and fallen tree limbs.   3. The Strongsville Police Department responded to a call by an employee at a store on Royalton Road, last week, about a drunk woman. The employee was worried that the woman would be driving impaired after leaving the store. The responding officers were able to locate the woman in her vehicle - with her teenage sober son driving. The officers determined that the woman would be fine in the care of her son. (Cleveland.com)
