Here are the top three stories today in Strongsville:

  1. The Strongsville fireworks display on Jul. 4 will be moved to a new location. The exciting display will now be held on the City Commons at the corner of Pearl and Royalton roads. The display is expected to begin around 9:30 p.m. with family-friendly activities happening before the display at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend. (cleveland.com)
  2. Northeast Ohio fire officials are warning residents about fireworks. Ohio recently passed a law that allows fireworks to be sold across the state. Fire officials are warning residents that fireworks can be deadly if used incorrectly. Fireworks remain illegal in Strongsville. (WKYC.com)
  3. Swagelok Company is celebrating its 75th anniversary by adding positions to its Strongsville facility. The company has been providing fluid system products, assemblies, and related services since its founding in 1047. Swagelok Company will be reportedly adding 75 positions to its Strongsville team in the next 18 months. (World Oil)
