Strongsville Thanksgiving 2021: What's Open, Closed, Trash Delays

STRONGSVILLE, OH — In a blink of an eye, Thanksgiving has arrived.

To help Strongsville residents prepare for the holiday, we've compiled a list of some of the municipal institutions that will be impacted by the holiday.

There will be no trash collection on Thanksgiving. Any residents who have their refuse collected on Thursday or Friday will have their pick-up delayed by one day.

Here's what will be open and closed around the holiday:

• Strongsville municipal offices will be closed Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.
• Strongsville Ehrnfelt Recreation Center will be closed on Thanksgiving.
• Strongsville Public Library will be closed on Thanksgiving but will reopen on Friday.
