  1. Strongsville's toboggan ice shuts are officially open. Cleveland Metroparks' Mill Stream Reservation has twin, 700-foot refrigerated ice chutes which allow participants to plunge down.   2. Greater Cleveland retailers are celebrating Small Business Saturday with various discount offers. Strongsville's He Love Curves retailer is offering 50 percent-off clothing.   3. Step Forward, a local nonprofit, has extended its critical water assistance program. The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program has been extended through Sept. 2023.
