Summer Employer Step It Up Challenge -- Registration Open!

The Health Action Council Summer Employer Step It Up Challenge, sponsored by CBIZ, is a no-cost, four-week step program that encourages and promotes overall health in the workplace. Get ready to move, compete, and have fun this summer with our Olympic inspired activities! Whether you’re walking for gold, or simply for good health, every step counts. Plus, we’ll be sharing health tips, fun facts, and progress updates to keep the momentum going. Register a team made up of at least three participants that include employees, colleagues, customers, family, and friends.

IMPORTANT DATES:

When: June 9 – July 6, 2025
Deadline to Submit a Team Name: Extended to Thursday, June 5
Deadline to Register Team Members: Extended to Friday, June 6

Prizes will be determined by team and individual leaderboards.

Team Winner: Team leaderboard is based upon average total steps

• 1st Place: Receive a healthy lunch up to $350 and a $300 donation in your name to either a local school garden project or Ronald McDonald House Charity.
• 2nd Place: Receive a healthy lunch up to $150 and a $200 donation in your name to either a local school garden project or Ronald McDonald House Charity.
• 3rd Place: Receive Step It Up swag for your team.

Individual Winner: 3 individuals from the Top 15 leaderboard will be entered in a drawing and randomly selected to win a new Fitbit Charge 5.
In addition to prizes, as a collective group, if we reach our step goal, we will donate $500 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California. Let’s step it up together and give back!
