- Strongsville's spring tree-planting program will be delayed. The city will continue to collect bids for the trees during the delay. According to Jennifer Milbrandt, the city's coordinator of natural resources, tree prices have gone up considerably this year. The city will be reviewing additional bids to find the best price. - A Cuyahoga County grand jury has accused a Cleveland man of murder for the death of Johnny Tetrick, a firefighter. Tetrick was struck by Leander Bissell's vehicle on Nov. 19 while working an accident on Interstate 90 in Bratenahl. Bissell has been charged with murder, felonious assault, involuntary manslaughter, failure to comply, aggravated vehicular homicide, and failing to stop after an accident. - Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Sherrie Miday has officially declared that Ru-El Sailor was wrongfully imprisoned. The official declaration comes four years after Sailor's murder conviction was vacated. The declaration will allow Sailor to pursue compensation from the state. (WKYC)
