Where To Get A COVID-19 Test In Strongsville

As concerns over COVID-19 grow, demand for tests has exploded across Ohio.

STRONGSVILLE, OH — There are three locations offering COVID-19 tests near Strongsville, according to the Ohio Department of Health.

With supplies limited and demand high, Strongsville residents will want to call ahead before visiting any of the below-listed locations seeking a test.

  • CVS Pharmacy, 13777 Pearl Road, Strongsville
  • CVS Pharmacy, 7259 Pearl Road, Middleburg Heights
  • Middleburg Heights Library, 16699 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights

Earlier this year, the department partnered with libraries across Ohio to distribute free COVID-19 testing kits. In August alone, libraries issued more than 53,000 tests to Ohioans.

“As the delta variant spreads across the state and our students and teachers head back to school, there has been renewed interest in testing for COVID-19,” said Gov. Mike DeWine. “These tests – and Ohio’s amazing network of public libraries – make it easier than ever for Ohioans to get tested and to ensure that we are limiting the spread of the delta variant.”

If you can't find a test in Strongsville, the Ohio Department of Health maintains a database of all testing and distribution centers in Ohio.

“Until more people are vaccinated, testing will be an important tool, and we are committed to making it easy to access,” said Dr. Bruce Vanderhoff, director of the Ohio Department of Health. “Our partnerships with libraries to make the at-home rapid tests accessible and convenient are a real breakthrough in our ability to get as many Ohioans tested as possible.”
