Winter Wonderland Lighting To Be Held Nov. 21 In Strongsville

It's the unofficial start of the holiday season in Strongsville. Don't miss it!

STRONGSVILLE, OH — The annual Winter Wonderland Lighting Celebration will be held Nov. 21 at the Strongsville Commons.

The event starts at 5:30 p.m. when the clocktower, gazebo and a giant Christmas tree will be lit up with dazzling lights and other decorations. Mayor Tom Perciak will emcee the event, ushering in the holiday season in Strongsville.

After the lighting ceremony, Santa will drive into town on a fire truck. There will also be a holiday fireworks show, photo opportunities for families, an ice carver and a chance to leave letters to Santa in his special mailbox.

The annual Winter Wonderland ceremony is funded by donations from local businesses, the city said in a statement.
