The latest Batman series comes to an end today as Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises realeases across the U.S. Friday.

This finale of the rebooted Batman trilogy (Batman Begins, The Dark Knight) sees Batman (Christian Bale) again fighting to save Gotham City eight years after he captured The Joker and killed Harvey "Two Face" Dent.
