Drunken Twinsburg Man Threatens BayLobsters Worker

were called to BayLobsters Fish Market on Darrow Road on Aug. 2 for a report of a man arguing with employees. 

While on the way officers were told the store's silent alarm had been pushed.

When police arrived they saw a group of people arguing in front of the store; the two owners, one employee and a customer.

Police separated the group and talked with the owners and employee. 

They said the man, a Darrow Road resident, came in asking for a certain employee and started chasing and threatening him, pushing around tables and chairs.

Police discovered the man was the father of a girl at the store. According to him, his daughter accused the employee of sexually assaulting her.

Admitting he had been drinking, he told officers he came to the store to confront the employee.

He was charged with drunken and disorderly conduct and menacing, both misdemeanors. He was released at the scene with a court date.
