Sgt. James Tobak Retires: Pic du Jour
The Twinsburg Police Department honored Sgt. James Tobak at Tuesday's city council meeting.
The city and the Twinsburg Police Department honored Sgt. James Tobak for his 34 years of service.
He was given a special proclamation by Mayor Katherine Procop and Chief Chris Noga awarded him his badge of retirement and ownership of his weapon.
He was also given $200 by the Twinsburg Police Association.
