• Man arrested after alleged kidnapping and armed robbery at Harrison Twp. gas station (dayton247now.com) — A Harrison Township man reported being kidnapped at gunpoint from a Speedway on North Dixie Drive and later released near North Dixie Drive and National Road in Vandalia. Deputies soon recovered his car in Dayton, arrested a suspect after a brief foot chase, and reported finding a loaded handgun inside the vehicle. Charges including armed robbery and kidnapping have been submitted for review.
