Despite HUD reductions, the agency reports stable finances, has secured shortfall funding, and continues building a Gregg Street home with support from the county Board of Developmental Disabilities.
   

• Shelby's DeVito named Division IV Ohio Offensive Player of the Year (mansfieldnewsjournal.com) — Two Washington Court House Blue Lions, receiver Aden Osborne and quarterback Sam Pfeifer, earned Division IV All-Ohio recognition on this year’s statewide football teams. Linebacker Wesley Gibbs was also honored, putting Washington Court House on a long list dominated by Shelby’s award-winning players and coach after their standout season.
