• Man beat passenger, shoved him from moving pickup truck on I-71: Court docs (fox19.com) — A man from Waynesville is facing a felonious assault charge after state troopers say he seriously injured a passenger and left him in frigid, snowy conditions along I-71 in Symmes Township. Investigators allege the victim was punched, pushed from a moving pickup, then struck again with a blunt object before the driver left the scene. The suspect was jailed without bond pending a court appearance.
