Coat, Cell Phone Stolen from Man in Bar
The following arrest information was provided by the Westlake Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A North Ridgeville man's night out in Westlake took a rotten turn on April 14.
His jacket, keys and cell phone were stolen while he was in a Detroit Road bar.
Security video showed a man taking the items, worth an estimated $450, from a bar stool.

A woman turned the jacket in to on April 18. Police are continuing to investigate.
