James L. Hamilton, 69, Father of Two, Attorney

James L. Hamilton, 69, of Westlake, died Dec. 3. 

Jenkins Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements and provided the following information on its website. 

Hamilton was the husband of Barbara (née Danko), the father of Evan (Gina) and Victoria (Michael) Everett, Papa to Elizabeth, Andrea, Ryan, Madison, Rachel, Alexis, Natalie, and Brooke and the brother of Dale (Deborah). He was preceded in death by his parents, Evan and Ruth.

Hamilton was a private practice attorney and a real estate broker. He was also a member of the Westlake Town Criers and the Masonic Lodge. 

There will be a celebration of Hamilton’s life at 1 p.m. Friday at Jenkins Funeral Chapel, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m.
