Lack of Front License Plate Leads to Drug Charges

For want of a front license plate, the $3,179 was lost, and so was the pot. So might begin a poem about the travails of a 20-year-old Cleveland man and 21-year-old Cleveland woman, who were stopped on I90 eastbound on Sept. 5 around 12:35 p.m. Â
